El Segundo tribunal Colegiado de la Provincia de Santo Domingo, condeno a 20 años de cárcel a un hombre que violo a ocho menores de edad. La sentencia fue emitida en contra de Felipe Rodríguez Feliz quien se desempeñaba como yaniquequero. Según consta en el expediente, Rodríguez Feliz se aprovecho que en distintas ocasiones los niños fueron a comprar empanadas y, mediante engaños, los llevo a su casa donde abuso sexualmente de ellos. Los hechos ocurrieron en la Provincia Santo Domingo y fueron denunciados en octubre del 2008, por ante el departamento de Abuso Sexual de la Fiscalia de la Provincia Santo Domingo que dirige el Magistrado Perfecto Acosta.
De acuerdo a los informes psicológicos, los menores en edades comprendidas entre 5 y 13 años, y cuyos nombres se omiten por razones legales, padecen severos trastornos psicológicos producto de la agresión sexual ocasionada por el sentenciado.
Felipe Rodríguez Feliz deberá cumplir condena de 20 años de prisión en la carcer de la Victoria por violación a los artículos 330 y 331 del Código Penal Dominicano, asi como los artículos 12 y 15 de la Ley 136-03, sobre el Código del Menor.
